We provide 5 division of services, which comprise: Building Division, Bridge Division, Road Division, Slope Division & Trading Division. Our other ventures includes Success Builders Realty Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of SBMS), SBE Engineering Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of SBMS), product manufacturing & packaging and international civil engineering products distribution and more.

Our team of engineers are always ready to provide extensive tailor-made civil engineering solutions from a single source. Latest Erosion Control Technology – Hydromulching

Flexterra®HP-FGM™

Building on the near-perfect performance of the original Flexterra® Flexible Growth Medium™, PROFILE Products LLC is introducing its new patent-pending Flexterra High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium (HP-FGM). Flexterra HP-FGM represents the next generation in Flexible Growth Media, offering 600 percent greater initial seed germination and over 250 percent greater biomass than its predecessor with more than 99 percent erosion control effectiveness immediately upon application. Plus, it’s 100 percent biodegradable.

“Our goal at Profile is to continually find ways to improve the performance of our products,” said Marc S. Theisen, CPESC, CPSWQ, vice president of erosion control solutions for Profile. “With Flexterra High Performance-Flexible Growth Medium, we were able to apply new technologies that help our customers realize enhanced environmental benefits without sacrificing erosion control or cost effectiveness.”

The original Flexterra FGM, introduced in 2004, set the bar for controlling erosion and establishing vegetation on severe slopes. It outperformed rolled erosion control blankets and led a movement toward more cost-efficient and effective hydraulically-applied techniques. Because Flexterra HP-FGM is hydraulically applied, it has no nets or threads to endanger wildlife.

The new product is a result of Profile’s Green Design Engineering™. The platform creates cost-effective and environmentally superior solutions through the design, manufacture and application of sustainable erosion control and vegetation establishment technologies. Flexterra HP-FGM consists of 100 percent recycled and phyto-sanitized wood fibers and 100 percent biodegradable crimped interlocking fibers. Micro-Pore particles optimize water and nutrient retention while increasing wet bond strength and increasing resistance to sheet flow. Its 100 percent non-toxic biopolymers and water absorbents further enhance vegetative establishment. Tests following EPA protocol confirm the product is completely safe for aquatic and terrestrial life forms. It immediately bonds to the soil surface to reduce turbidity of runoff for up to 18 months.

Structural Strengthening
Since 2005 we have designed and installed many CFRP composite strengthening schemes for reinforced concrete. We have also pioneered the use of ultra-high modulus plates and wrap to strengthen bridge and building structures.
Corrosion Control Systems
Over the last 15 years we have developed a range of corrosion control techniques to combat corrosion and thus enhance the durability which leads to reduced future maintenance costs for the client.
Concrete Repair
Concrete repair is one of our core activities and is the origin of the business when it was established in 2005 so we have 15 years’ experience. We are approved applicators for all the leading material suppliers in the industry.
Bridge Bearing Replacement
As a leading bridge specialist contractor, we work closely with manufacturer to custom design the bridge rubber and mechanical pot bearings to suit the bridge structure. We have qualified engineers on site with skilled workers for the replacement of bridge rubber and mechanical pot bearings.
Asphaltic Plug Bridge Joint
SB Atlas 817 is a standard asphaltic plug joint which provides a flexible, waterproof joint with excellent ride quality for road users and noiseless characteristics for minimal impact on the environment.
Elastomeric Bridge Joint
Elastomeric bridge joints comprise steel angles and steel bridging plate system encased in a flexible elastomer. It has good riding quality and skid resistance that is not hazardous to all road users.
Modular Bridge Joint
Modular Expansion Joints are highly durable, have no loose or moving steel parts thus totally eliminating it from damages due to frequent load changes. The lamella beams work in series to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of bridge decks thus protecting it from damage.
Road Resurfacing
We will provide a complete machine surfacing service to meet all your road surfacing or resurfacing requirements following the highway standards.
Drainage System
We provide all types of drainage design, consultancy, installation or maintenance services by experience engineers.
Culvert Maintenance
We specialised in culvert access, inspection and rehabilitation. With extensive survey and maintenance experience, we are able to provide maintenance services even in the most inaccessible locations.
Ground Stabilisation (Grouting)
We offer ground stabilisation services include cement grouting or pressure grouting to fills cracks or voids in soil and rock and permeates coarse, granular soils with flowable particulate grouts to create a cemented mass.
Slope Rehabilitation Works
Our team of experts and engineers will work to ensure that the damaged slope is rectified. We use the latest technologies and techniques to strengthen unstable slopes, prevent any slope instability by putting in place mitigation measures, greening the barren slopes and fixing damaged slopes effectively.
